1、完全派遣
1. Fully dispatched
由派遣公司承擔(dān)一整套員工派遣服務(wù)工作,包括人才招募、選拔、培訓(xùn)、績效評價(jià)、報(bào)酬和福利、和健康等。
The dispatch company is responsible for a complete set of employee dispatch services, including talent recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, safety and health, etc.
2、轉(zhuǎn)移派遣
2. Transfer dispatch
有勞務(wù)派遣需要的企業(yè)自行招募、選拔、培訓(xùn)人員,再由派遣公司與員工簽訂《勞動(dòng)合同》,并由派遣公司負(fù)責(zé)員工的報(bào)酬、福利、績效評估、處理勞動(dòng)糾紛等事務(wù)。

6、項(xiàng)目派遣
