There is no denying that writing a resume should be practical and realistic, but it is not advisable to be too modest.

1.寫(xiě)簡(jiǎn)歷不要太謙虛

有些求職者，尤其是應(yīng)屆生總會(huì)在簡(jiǎn)歷里寫(xiě)道：“因?yàn)槿狈ぷ鹘?jīng)驗(yàn)，我愿意從公司的底層做起，甚公司可以試用考察我的能力”云云。這就是過(guò)分謙虛。應(yīng)屆生沒(méi)有經(jīng)驗(yàn)其實(shí)用人單位都很清楚，真想用應(yīng)屆生的單位，看中的正是應(yīng)屆生的潛力。于“試用”，那可是違反勞動(dòng)法的！

Some job seekers, especially fresh students, always write in their resumes: "due to lack of work experience, I am willing to start at the bottom of the company, and even the company can test my ability for free". 大學(xué)生希望簡(jiǎn)歷做得有創(chuàng)意，能夠在雪片似的簡(jiǎn)歷中讓HR印象深刻，其用心良苦，可惜容易適得其反。濟(jì)南獵頭表示：簡(jiǎn)歷的花哨主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面：給簡(jiǎn)歷設(shè)置封面，裝訂一大本，既浪費(fèi)HR的時(shí)間，又浪費(fèi)紙張；有些“創(chuàng)意簡(jiǎn)歷”過(guò)于離譜和夸張，比如有一份簡(jiǎn)歷，在首頁(yè)上赫然四個(gè)大字：“通緝伯樂(lè)！”令人又好氣又好笑；還有的同學(xué)在簡(jiǎn)歷里面用彩色筆畫(huà)上各種高亮、配上各種貼紙和卡通圖案；更有的同學(xué)把自己的簡(jiǎn)歷寫(xiě)成長(zhǎng)短詩(shī)句，讓人不知所云。

簡(jiǎn)歷是用來(lái)傳遞個(gè)人信息的，比較好采用電報(bào)式語(yǔ)言，用動(dòng)詞開(kāi)頭，表明你所做過(guò)的事情、參加過(guò)的活動(dòng)以及取得過(guò)的榮譽(yù)。

Resume is used to convey personal information. It is better to use telegraph language and start with verbs to indicate what you have done, activities you have participated in and honors you have won.

簡(jiǎn)歷中不要出現(xiàn)大段文字，每個(gè)段落不要超過(guò)三行。字體不必太大，小4號(hào)即可。

Don't include large paragraphs in your resume. Don't exceed three lines in each paragraph. The font doesn't have to be too large, just 4 small.
