面試輔導(dǎo)也是獵頭顧問的一項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)工作,獵頭在面試輔導(dǎo)上不是簡(jiǎn)單說說而已,而需要候選人通過實(shí)踐慢慢了解,面試輔導(dǎo)的目的是幫助候選人完善地展現(xiàn)他全 面的素質(zhì),讓候選人順利通過面試,自己也能完成更多的offer。一旦候選人走進(jìn)客戶的公司開始面試,我們就失去了對(duì)這件事情的影響和控制力。毫無疑問,我們應(yīng)當(dāng)在候選人去面試之前有所作為,以保證結(jié)果會(huì)超著確定的方向發(fā)展。一個(gè)人不會(huì)經(jīng)歷太多的面試,任何候選人的面試經(jīng)驗(yàn)都是不足的,所以面試輔導(dǎo)是必不可少的,獵頭顧問針對(duì)候選人面試主要通過以下幾個(gè)方面來輔導(dǎo)。
