The common understanding is that the two levels of hostility within different things or the same thing play a role of bridge in the link of contact, and the two levels of hostility are united through intermediary.

但是獵頭招聘與一般中介，確實是存在許多不一樣的。

But there are many differences between headhunter recruitment and general intermediary.

1、是客戶方針不一樣，也是更重要的區(qū)別。獵頭公司只向企業(yè)公司方收取服務(wù)費用，并不會像提名人（尋獵對象）收取費用；而中介不是，誰托付他們，就要收取托付方服務(wù)費，甚有時分會雙向收取費用，所以向個人收費的一定不是獵頭而是中介。

1. First of all, different customer policies are the most important differences. Headhunting companies only charge service fees from enterprises and companies, not like nominees (hunting objects); but the intermediary is not, who entrusts them will charge the service fees of the entrusting party, or even sometimes the branch will charge two-way fees, so it must not be the headhunting company but the intermediary who charges the individual.

2、其次是，獵頭公司不只僅是人才。獵頭向企業(yè)提供更多的是崗位需求梳理、人才調(diào)查、協(xié)助溝通等咨詢服務(wù)。而中介公司就沒有這樣的服務(wù)了和責任了，便是更簡略的介紹與撮合。

2. Second, headhunters are more than just referrals. Headhunters provide more consulting services to enterprises, such as post demand sorting, talent investigation, and communication assistance. And the intermediary company has no such service and responsibility, which is the most brief introduction and matching.
